Sapporo Holdings Limited (“the Company”) and the Sapporo Group will transition to a business holding company structure on July 1, 2026.

This change is based on our mid- to long-term strategy to focus on the alcoholic beverages business in Japan and overseas, while allocating resources to growth areas.In connection with this transition, the Company will change its name to Sapporo Breweries Ltd., effective the same date.

At the same time, we will migrate our corporate website as outlined below.
