Genuine international developments for the Sapporo Group started in beer exports toward the U.S.A in 1964.
At present, the Group offers alcoholic beverages in approximately 45 countries and soft drinks in approximately 60 countries.

We offer multiple operations spanning across our business, which have grown with our customers. These operations include beer, restaurants and commercial facility management, within brands derived from locations such as “Sapporo”, “Yebisu”, and “Ginza”, which are all areas related to our company. Furthermore, our operations are not limited to only beer, but also include other alcoholic beverages and a wide array of business in the food and drinks field as well.

    Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label

    This beer brand represents the Sapporo Group, which made its start as “Sapporo [Bottled Draft Beer]” in 1977. The current “Black Label” used to be the nickname customers called the product. After more than 40 years from its birth, this beer remains at the center of Sapporo Breweries, which will continue its journey for the “perfect draft beer”.

    SAPPORO Factory

    The “SAPPORO Factory” was established in 1993, in the spot the Sapporo Group started out in 1876 as the “Kaitakushi Brewery”. The facility serves as a local recreation spot and an open tourist attraction with approximately 160 stores and facilities, along with an area in which visitors can view the history of the Kaitakushi Brewery.

    YEBISU GARDEN PLACE

    Ever since “Yebisu Beer”, which takes the name of this town, was launched, this area has been the location for beer brewing for over 100 years. The “YEBISU GARDEN PLACE” opened in 1994, under the concept of “enriching time” and “enriching space”. The area offers rich greenery, despite being in an urban-central area, and offers relaxation and refreshment for visitors.

    Ever since 1899, when the Sapporo Group opened Japan’s first beer hall in Ginza, the Group has grown with the town of Ginza for many years. The commercial complex “GINZA PLACE” was born in 2016, as the “epicenter of trends and interaction”, to offer the newest “goods” and “things” with the highest quality, that suit the Ginza area.

In Indonesia, the “ENA CHAN” brand is enjoyed by many Muslims as the first-ever miso in the world to receive halal certification.
